Refund Policy

At Tha Rockstar Accountant, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional accounting, tax, consulting, and coaching services tailored to your needs. Because our work involves time, expertise, and preparation, we have established the following refund policy.

1. General Policy

All sales and payments made for services provided by Tha Rockstar Accountant, LLC are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Consultations

  • Tax preparation

  • Accounting and bookkeeping services

  • Business coaching or financial coaching

  • Digital products, templates, or downloads

  • Strategy sessions or retained advisory services

2. Deposits and Retainers

  • Any retainer or deposit paid to secure services is non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels a service after payment and before work has begun, we may allow a partial credit toward future services at our discretion.

3. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason:

  • You must notify us in writing at kevinhorne@tharockstaraccountant.com within 7 days of service completion.

  • We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a service credit or solution is appropriate.

  • Refunds will not be granted due to lack of results caused by client delays, lack of documentation, or non-cooperation.

4. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

  • Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

5. Products & Templates

All products, downloads, and templates are non-refundable due to their nature. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, all sales are final.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, we reserve the right to:

  • Terminate all services and access to future offerings

  • Dispute the chargeback with full documentation

  • Pursue legal remedies where appropriate
